Dr. Yildirim earned his Ph.D. in Sustainable Bioproducts from the University of Maine, is a graduate of the University of Maine Innovation Engineering Program.
In 2014, he Co-Founded Revolution Research Inc. and received grants from the National Science Foundation (NSF), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and some other US-based competitive Agencies.
In 2017, Dr. Yildirim started working as the founding General Manager of Bursa Technical University Technology Transfer Office Inc. (Bursatto) and worked as an Associate Professor of Sustainable Bioproducts for 3 years at the Bursa Technical University.
Dr. Yildirim moved to Qatar in 2021 and has been working as The Innovation Director at The Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) since then.
