Abstract

Amaç: Çalışma, travma sonrası görülen sternum fraktürlerinin SF teşhis ve tedavi yöntemlerini ve hasta takibinde hangi paramatrelere dikkat edilmesi gerektiğini göstermeyi amaçlamıştır.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmamızda 2013-2018 yılları arasında künt toraks travması nedeniyle hastanemize başvurup SF saptanan ve kliniğimizde yatırılan 48 hasta geriye dönük olarak incelendi. Hastalar cinsiyetine, yatış süresine, etiyolojilerine, SF bölgelerine, komplikasyon gelişip gelişmediğine, tedavi şekillerine ve ek patolojileri olup olmadığına göre araştırıldı. Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the diagnosis and treatment methods for post-traumatic sternal fractures SF and the parameters that should be considered in the follow-up of the patients.Material and Methods: Forty-eight patients admitted to hospital due to blunt thoracic trauma between the years 2013 and 2018 and who were diagnosed with SF were retrospectively studied.
