Article Withdrawal


In accordance with the publication policies of the Journal of the Faculty of education of Ahmet Kelesoglu (Akef), the duties and responsibilities of the author(s)and the editorial board at the stage of withdrawal of a study or article are given below.


Writers
If the author (s) notices an error or error related to his published, early appearance or evaluation work, he is obliged to cooperate with the Journal editor in withdrawing. The author(s) who wants to request to withdraw his work at the evaluation stage, fill out the feedback form, signed and scanned with the wet signature of each author akefdergisi@gmail.com he is obliged to forward it to the Publication Board via e-mail at his address. The Publication Board reviews the withdrawal notice and provides a return within 15 days at the latest. Authors may not send their work to another journal for evaluation unless the request to withdraw the works transferred by the Publication Board to the Journal of the Faculty of education of Ahmet Kelesoglu (Akef) at the stage of submission is approved.



Editors
The Publication Board of Ahmet Kelesoglu Journal of the Faculty of Education (Akef Journal) is obliged to initiate an investigation into the work in the event of suspected copyright and plagiarism in relation to a published, early appearance or evaluation stage. If, as a result of the investigation, the editorial board determines that copyright and plagiarism have been made in the work at the evaluation stage, it withdraws the work without evaluation and returns the identified cases to the authors by showing the source in detail. If the Publication Board determines that copyright infringement and plagiarism have been committed in a published or early work, it shall perform the following withdrawal and declaration procedures no later than 15 days. Study found to be in violation of ethics;
1. “Withdrawn:” is added to the beginning of the title in the electronic display.
2. If there are detailed sources of evidence, the reasons for withdrawal of the work are published together with the notices of the institutions and organizations to which the author(s)is affiliated.
3. A withdrawal notice is announced from the main page of the journal website.
4. An electronic and hard copy of the first issue to be published from the date of withdrawal is added to the list of contents as “withdrawn: Working Title”, the reasons for withdrawal and the original quotes cited by it are shared with the public and researchers, provided that they start from the first page.
5. The above withdrawal notices are forwarded to the organization(s)to which the author(s)is affiliated.
6. The withdrawal notices listed above are forwarded to the institutions and organizations where the Journal is indexed, as well as to the National Library presidency for registration in Directory systems and catalogs.
In addition, the Publication Board may recommend to the publication houses or publication boards of previously published works of the author(s)of the work that has been ethically violated to ensure or withdraw the validity and reliability of the published works.
