Abstract
Salih Ülev tarafından kaleme alınan İslami Mikrofinans Uygulamaları adlı eser, yazarın “İslami Mikrofinans Programlarının Etkinliği: İksar Karz-ı Hasen Örneği” başlıklı doktora tezine dayanmaktadır. Dört bölümden oluşan kitabın ilk bölümünde genel olarak mikrofinans özelde ise İslami mikrofinansa dair kavramsal çerçeve ortaya konulmuş, ikinci bölümde İslami mikrofinans ekosistemi çeşitli ülkelerden örneklerle ele alınmış, üçüncü bölümde çalışmanın metodolojisine yer verilmiş, dördüncü bölümde ise Türkiye’de kurulan ilk İslami mikrofinans örneği olarak kabul edilen İKSAR üzerine yapılan araştırmadan elde edilen nitel ve nicel verilere ilişkin bulguların analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise elde edilen bulguların değerlendirilmesine ve İslami mikrofinans uygulamalarının daha sağlıklı bir yapıya bürünüp gelişebilmesi adına atılması gereken adımlara dair öneriler getirilmiştir.

Abstract
The work titled Islamic Microfinance Practices, written by Salih Ülev, is based on the author's doctoral thesis titled "The Effectiveness of Islamic Microfinance Programs: The Example of İksar Karz-ı Hasen". In the first part of the book, which consists of four parts, the conceptual framework of microfinance in general and Islamic microfinance in particular is presented, in the second part, the Islamic microfinance ecosystem is discussed with examples from various countries, in the third part, the methodology of the study is included, and in the fourth part, it is accepted as the first Islamic microfinance example established in Turkey. Analysis of the findings regarding the qualitative and quantitative data obtained from the research on IKSAR was conducted. In the conclusion part, suggestions have been made regarding the evaluation of the findings and the steps to be taken in order for Islamic microfinance practices to take on a healthier structure and develop.
