Türkiye'de Terörizm ile İktisadi Büyüme İlişkisinin Nedensellik Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, 1970-2014 dönemine ait yıllık verileri kullanarak Türkiye’de terörizm ve iktisadi büyüme arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktadır. Terörizm ve iktisadi büyüme arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi için, Toda ve Yamamoto (1995) tarafından geliştirilmiş nedensellik testi kullanılmaktadır. Toda ve Yamamoto nedensellik analizi sonuçları göre, iktisadi büyümeden terörizme doğru tek yönlü bir nedensellik ilişkisinin varlığını göstermektedir.
