Abstract

TİTREŞİM ANALİZİ İLE RULMANLARDA KESTİRİMCİ BAKIM

Rulmanlar makineleri yataklamak için kullanılan ekipmanlardır. Rulmanlarda meydana gelen titreşimleri izleyerek makinelerde oluşan yada oluşması muhtemel hasarları tespit etmek mümkündür. Bu çalışmada kompresör yataklanmasında kullanılan rulmanlarda yapılan titreşim analizi ile kestirimci bakım çalışmasının sonuçları sunulmuştur. Yapılan çalışmada  rulmanda hem dış bilezik hasarı hem de iç bilezik hasarı tespit edilmiştir.

PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE WITH VIBRATION ANALYSIS ON BEARINGS

Bearings are equipment used to make machines bear.  It’s possible to establish the damages which occur or are likely to occur in the machines by observing the vibrations occurred on the bearings. In this paper, the results of the predictive maintenance work by means of vibration analysis made on the bearings used to make the compressor bear have been presented. Both the outer race damage and inner race damage have been established in this work.
