Pilosebase ünitenin histolojisi

Abstract

Bir kıl folikülü ve birlikteki sebase bezlerden oluşan yapı pilosebase ünite olarak adlandırılır. Kıl follikülü oluşumu fetal ve prenatal dönemde gerçekleşmesine rağmen, deri yaralanmalarından sonra da yeni kıl follikülü oluşmaktadır. Her kıl follikülünün kanalına bir sebase gland açılır ve sebase salgısını follikül kanalına boşaltır. Kıl follikülü ile bağlantılı küçük kaslar erektör pili kaslarıdır ve kasılması tüyleri dikleştirir.
