İÇSEL PAZARLAMANIN ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK VE İŞ TATMİNİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

İçsel pazarlama, örgütsel bağlılık ve
iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkileri inceleyen bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’deki
akademisyenlerin örgütsel bağlılığı ve iş tatmini üzerinde içsel pazarlamanın
etkisini incelemektir. Bu amaçla, Türkiye’deki üniversitelerde görev yapmakta
olan 228 akademik personelden elde edilen verilere regresyon analizi
uygulanmıştır. Analiz sonuçları; içsel pazarlama faaliyetlerinin örgütsel
bağlılık ve iş tatmini ile ilişkili olduğunu, bundan başka, iş tatminin de
örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.

The Effect of Internal Marketing on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction

Abstract


 

The
purpose of this study which examines the relationships among internal
marketing, organizational commitment and job satisfaction is to examine the
effect of internal marketing on academicians’ job satisfaction and
organizational commitment in Turkey.
For the aim, regression analysis was conducted on the data obtained from 228
academicians from universities in Turkey. The results of the analysis
show that internal marketing has a significant effect on job satisfaction and
organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction has also a significant
effect on organizational commitment.
