Tenis Temalı Fitness Egzersizlerinin Orta Yaş Sedanter Bireylerin Motor Becerilerine Etkisi

Abstract

Tenis branşı her yaş grubundan bireye düşük sakatlık riski ile yüksek sağlık ve motor beceri kazanımı sağlama imkânı sunan bir branştır. Bu bağlamda orta yaş sedanter bireylerin motor becerilerini geliştirmede tenis temalı fitness egzersizlerinin etkili bir araç olarak kullanılabileceği düşünüldü. Bu araştırmanın amacı; tenis temalı fitness egzersizlerinin orta yaş sedanter bireylerin motor becerilerine etkilerini incelemektir. Bu amaçla, orta yaş grubu 7’si kadın, 6’sı erkek toplam 13 bireyin araştırmaya gönüllü katılımı sağlandı. 12 haftalık eğitim sürecinde; tüm katılımcılar ritim, müzik, kuvvet, sürat, dayanıklılık ve koordinasyon becerilerini içeren egzersizler ile tasarlanmış tenis temalı fitness antrenmanlarına katıldı. Araştırmanın ön test ve son test aşamalarında, katılımcıların motor gelişimlerinin tespit edilmesi amacıyla; plank, el kavrama kuvveti, bacak kuvveti, dikey sıçrama, tek-çift ayak yatay sıçrama, mekik ve şınav testleri, flamingo denge, 20 m sürat, illinois çabukluk ve aerobik mekik koşusu testleri kullanıldı. Verilerin istatistiksel analizi için SPSS 25.0 istatistik programı kullanıldı ve anlamlılık düzeyi olarak p<0,05 değeri alındı. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, orta yaş grubu sedanterlerde tenis temalı fitness antrenmanları ile tasarlanan spor eğitiminin motor becerilerine olumlu katkı sağladığı tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak, tenis temalı fitness antrenmanları, orta yaş bireylerin motor gelişimlerine katkıda bulunmakta ve performans gelişimlerini hızlandırmaktadır.
