Journal of Empirical Economics and Social Sciences (JEESS) accepts high-quality, peer-reviewed original research papers, both conceptual and empirical, that clearly progress the theoretical growth of the discipline of business, economics, and finance. The journal publishes applied research studies as well as review articles in the form of full-length articles and research notes. Applied research projects are anticipated to investigate connections between economic factors using suitable analytical or econometric methods. Accepted are high-quality review papers that address the most recent developments and advance theory knowledge or reasoning about important parts of economics. Based on an initial assessment by the editor, all papers are subjected to a double-blind peer review process.
