Yenidoğan ve Prematürelerde Patent Duktus Arteriyozus
Öz
Duktus embriyonel hayattaki 6. aortik arktan oluşur. Do- ğum öncesi önemli bir fonksiyona sahiptir. Akciğerler kollabe olduğundan fetal hayatta açık olması zorunlu olan duktus arteriyozus aracılığı ile, sağ ventrikül kanının tamamına yakını inen aortaya atılır.
