Ventriküler Septal Defekt

Abstract

Tüm kalp hastalıkları içinde %25-30 ile en sık görülen konjenital kalp hastalığıdır. Perimembranöz tip en sık görülen ventriküler septal defekt VSD tipi olup %80 membranöz septumda bulunur 1-4 . Muskuler tip ventriküler septal defektler ise atriyoventriküler kapaklara komşu olan inlet septumda inlet VSD=AV kanal tipi , pulmoner kapağın altındaki outlet septumda outlet VSD veya trabeküler septumda trabeküler muskuler VSD olabilir şekil 1 . Trabeküler septumda olan VSD’ler birden çok olabilir isviçre peyniri tipi VSD . VSD’ler olguların yaklaşık 2/3’ünde izole olabildiği gibi, patent duktus arteriyozus, atriyal septal defekt, pulmoner stenoz gibi diğer kalp hastalıkları ile de birlikte olabilir.
