Bis (pirazinamid) dibenzoat kobalt (II) dihidrat kompleksinin kristal yapısı

Abstract

Kompleksin kristal yapısı (C24H24CoN6O8) 296 K’de tayin edildi. Tek kristal bileşiğin yapısı tek kristal X-ışını kırınımı
yöntemi kullanılarak belirlendi Moleküler kristal yapının birim hücre parametreleri a=7.1823 Å, b=18.2190 Å,
c=10.4149 Å, α=90°, β=109.879°, γ=90° ve Z=2 olarak saptanmıştır. Kompleks merkezi simetrik monoklinik yapıda
kristallenmiş olup uzay grubu P21/c’dir. Kristal yapıda anyonlar ve katyonlar O—H·O ve N—H·O etkileşimleriyle üç
boyutlu yapıyı oluştururlar. Pirazinamid (PZA), tüberkülozun 50 yıldan beri tedavisinde başlangıç maddesi olarak
kullanılır [1]. Bazı özel bakteriler için bakterisit görevi yapıp toplam iyileşme süresini kısaltır. PZA ve türevleri
antimikrobiyal özelliklerinden dolayı yaygın olarak kullanılır [1]. Ayrıca kemoterapi süresini azaltmak içinde kullanılır

Title Crystal structure of bis(pyrazinamide) dibenzoat cobalt(II) diaqua

Abstract

The crystal structure of the
complex, (C24H24CoN6O8), was
determined at 296 K. Structure of single crystal compound were investigated
using single crystal X-ray diffraction. The unit cell parameters of the
crystal structure are a=7.1823 Å, b=18.2190 Å, c=10.4149 Å, α=90°, β=109.879°,
γ=90° ve Z=2. The complex crystallizes in the centrosymmetric monoclinic space
group P21/c. In the crystal structure, the anions and cations are linked with
three dimensions via O—H···O and N—H···O interactions. Pyrazinamide (PZA) is
used as a first step drug in the treatment of tuberculosis for over 50 years
[1]. It shortens the total healing time as being bactericide for some specific
bacteria. PZA and its derivatives are widely used due to their antimicrobial
properties [1]. It is also used to reduce the duration of chemotherapy [2].
