SPA-H atmosferik korozyona dayanıklı çelik saçların direnç nokta kaynağında hasar tiplerinin çekme-sıyırma dayanımına etkisi

Abstract

 Bu çalışmada raylı sistem araçlarında kullanılan SPA-H atmosferik
korozyona dayanıklı çelik saçların elektrik direnç nokta kaynağı ile
birleştirilmesinde oluşan hasar tiplerinin çekme-sıyırma dayanımına etkisi incelenmiştir.
120 kVA akım ve zaman kontrollü pinomatik bir direnç nokta kaynak makinesi
kullanılarak numuneler hazırlanmıştır. Kaynak zamanı 10, 15, 20, 25 ve 30
periyot (1 periyot = 0,02 s) olarak seçilmiştir.
  Kaynak akım şiddeti 6 kA ile 11 kA arasında
0,5 kA artırılarak uygulanmıştır. Elektrot kuvveti 4 kN olarak sabit
tutulmuştur. Elde edilen nokta kaynaklı bağlantıların hasar tipleri ile çekme-sıyırma
dayanımı arasındaki ilişki araştırılmış ve sonuç olarak kaynak akım şiddeti ve
zamanının en uygun değerleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Failure mode effect on tensile-peel strength of resistance spot welds of SPA-H weathering steel sheets

Abstract

In this study, influence of failure mode on tensile-peel
strength of resistance spot welds of SPA-H weathering steel sheets was
investigated. The weathering steels are widely used in the body of rolling
stock. The samples were obtained in a 120 kVA capacity electrical resistance
spot welding machine. The sheets were welded by RSW by fixing holding time,
clamping time and electrode force as well as changing welding current and
welding time. The prepared welding specimens were exposed to tensile-peel tests
in order to determine the joint strengths. The relation between failure mode and
tensile-peel strengths of obtained spot welded joints was researched, so the
optimum welding currents and times were advised.
