Referee Guide

1- The research articles written in Turkish and English languages are being published in SDUFASJS. In order to evaluate the articles, referee invitation to the experts is transmitted  via the DergiPark system

2- Referees invited for evaluation are expected to submit their decision to accept or reject the evaluation within 5 (five) calendar daysAt the end of this period, the referee who has not issued any decision shall be deemed to have rejected the evaluation and the subject editor shall appoint a new referee. 

3- Referees accepting the evaluation are expected to deliver their views within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance.

4- The referees who accept the evaluation will perform the evaluation during the article evaluation process by using the form named "SDUFASJS Article Evaluation Form" which is available in the DergiPark system of the SDUFASJS.  This form must be completed as a referee evaluation. The referees may, if they deem necessary, submit comments/suggestions/corrections, etc. by making the request on the article file uploaded by the author to the system and upload this file to the system. This file is sent to the authors and the authors are informed about the requested changes.

5- The names of the referees invited for evaluation are not notified to authors (Single-Blind Peer Review). 

6- Referees seeking to see the revised article at the end of the proposals are expected to respond to the authors' replies within 15 (fifteen) calendar days. It is assumed that referees who do not comment during this period have declared a positive opinion.

7- All users who annoted as reviewers for SDUFASJS are deemed to have accepted to act according to the journal's "Ethical Principles". You can access the journal's "Ethical Principles" by clicking here.
