Koronavirüs Takıntı Ölçeği ’nin Türkçe’ye Çevirisi ve Geçerlik, Güvenilirlik Çalışmaları

Abstract

Amaç: Kovid-19 pandemisine ilişkin sürecin daha devam ediyor olması nedeniyle konuyla ilgili yapılacak araştırmalarda kullanılacak ölçüm araçlarına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu nedenle Koronavirüs Takıntı Ölçeği ’nin Türkçe’ye çevirisinin ve geçerlik, güvenirlik işlemlerinin yapılması amaçlanmıştır.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya 18 ile 68 yaşları arasında (ort. = 31,79; s = 11,10 yıl) 310 kadın ve 103 erkek olmak üzere toplam 413 kişi katılmıştır. Çalışmada anket formu, Koronavirüs Takıntı Ölçeği ve Belirti Tarama Listesi uygulanmıştır.
Bulgular: Çevirisi yapılan ölçeğin tek faktörlü yapıyla tüm varyansın %51,146’sını açıkladığı, iç tutarlılık güvenirlik katsayısının 0,667 olduğu görülmüştür. Koronavirüs Takıntı Ölçeği’nin Belirti Tarama Ölçeği alt boyutları ile 0,271 - 0,426 arasında değişen korelasyon katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin maddelerinin Madde Tepki Kuramı parametre değerlerinin iyi düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür.
Sonuç: Türkçe’ye çevirisi yapılan Koronavirüs Takıntı Ölçeği’nin temel psikometrik özelliklerinin iyi düzeyde ve Kovid-19 pandemisine ilişkin araştırmalarda kullanım uygun olduğu görülmüştür.
