Abstract
İnsanların sağlığı, can ve mal güvenliği, iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıkları nedeniyle ciddi şekilde tehdit edilmektedir. Meydana gelen iş kazaları çalışanlara ve ailelerine onarılamaz zararlar vermektedir. İş kazaları nedeni ile meydana gelen zararları engellemek için kazaları analiz etmek ve çözüm öneriler sunmak gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle kaza istatistiklerinin analizi farkındalığın artırılması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında 2011-2020 yılları arasında tekstil sektörü, diğer sektörler ve Türkiye geneli verileri, hesaplanan kaza oranı, ölüm oranı gibi uluslararası otoriteler tarafından kabul görmüş parametrelerce karşılaştırılmıştır. Bununla birlikte incelenen 10 yıllık veriler kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen trend analiz ile 2021-2025 yılları arasındaki personel sayıları, kaza sayıları, kaza oranları tahmin edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen analiz ile iş kazası sayısı 2025 yılı için tekstil sektöründe 41.914, Türkiye genelinde 666.942 olacağı hesaplanmıştır. Bununla birlikte tekstil sektöründe 2020 yılında her 100 çalışan başına 2 çalışan iş kazası geçirirken 2025 yılına geldiğimizde 4 çalışana çıkacağı hesaplanmıştır. Meydana gelen kaza ve ölüm sayısının azaltılabilmesi için işletmelere önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
TRENDS AND FUTURE PERSPECTIVES OF OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENTS IN THE TURKISH TEXTILE INDUSTRY BETWEEN 2011-2020
Abstract
People's health, life and property safety are seriously threatened due to work accidents and occupational diseases. Occurring occupational accidents cause irreparable harm to employees and their families. It is necessary to analyze the accidents and offer solutions in order to prevent the damages caused by occupational accidents. For this reason, the analysis of accident statistics is important in terms of raising awareness. Within the scope of the study, the differences between the sectors were revealed by comparing the data of the textile sector, other sectors and Turkey in general between the years 2011-2020, with the parameters accepted by international authorities such as the calculated accident (incidence) rate and mortality rates. In addition, the number of personnel, number of accidents and accident rates between the years 2021-2025 were estimated with the trend analysis carried out using the 10-year historical data examined. With the analysis carried out, it has been determined that the number of occupational accidents will be 41,914 in the textile sector and 666,942 in Turkey by 2025. However, while in the textile sector, 2 employees per 100 employees had a work accident in 2020, it has been calculated that this situation will increase to 4 employees in every 100 employees by 2025. In line with the findings of the study, suggestions were made to the enterprises to reduce the number of accidents and deaths.
