TEDARİKÇİ DEĞERLENDİRME VE SİPARİŞ MİKTARI BELİRLEME PROBLEMİ İÇİN BULANIK BİR YAKLAŞIM

Abstract

Tedarikçi
seçme ve değerlendirme süreci uzun yıllardır literatürde yoğun ilgi gören,
işletmelerin rekabet gücü üzerinde önemli etkileri olan bir süreçtir. Tedarikçi
seçimi, bir dizi potansiyel tedarikçi arasından, belirlenen kriterleri en iyi
şekilde karşılayan bir ya da belirli sayıdaki tedarikçinin belirlenmesi problemidir.
Tedarikçilerin seçilmesinin ardından işletmelerin amaçlarını eniyileyecek
şekilde hangi tedarikçiden hangi dönemde hangi ürün ya da ürün grubu için ne
miktarda sipariş verilmesi gerektiğinin belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu
çalışmada tedarikçi değerlendirme ve sipariş atama problemi bütünleşik bir
yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır. Karar verme sürecinin içerdiği belirsizliği
yansıtabilmek için problem bulanık ortamda değerlendirilmiştir.  Önerilen yaklaşımın ilk aşamasında, tedarikçi
değerlendirmede kullanılan kriterlerin önem düzeylerinin belirlenmesinde
Bulanık AHP, tedarikçilerin kriterler altında değerlendirilmesi ve
puanlanmasında ise Bulanık TOPSIS kullanılmıştır. Tedarikçilere siparişlerin
atamasının yapıldığı ikinci aşamada ise bulanık çok amaçlı doğrusal programlama
yaklaşımı kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada önerilen yaklaşımın uygulaması Türkiye’de
otomotiv sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmanın problemi üzerinde yapılmış,
belirlenmiş olan amaçlar ve elde bulunan kısıtlar doğrultusunda alternatif
tedarikçiler değerlendirilerek sipariş atamaları gerçekleştirilmiştir.
