The self compacting concrete (SCC) designed taking into account the properties of the system is suitable for use in Expanded Polystyrene Foam Insulating Concrete Form (EPS ICF) Wall System. However, the high cost of the SCC increases construction costs. In this paper, in order to reduce the construction cost of EPS ICF Wall System, a very high workability, preferably free-flowing traditional concrete composition was designed for the system. The suitability of the concrete designed was compared experimentally with that of SCC. The results of the study suggested that the usage of a desirable very high workability or flowing consistency traditional concrete placed without vibration would not be appropriate for the EPS ICF Wall System.
