PAMUK VE VİSKON İPLİKLERDE FARKLI SPLAYS METOTLARININ İPLİK GERİLME ÖZELLİKLERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Çalışma ile farklı iplik numaraları açısından pamuk ve viskon hammaddeli iplikler için optimum splays yönteminin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda Ne 20, Ne 30, Ne 40, Ne 50 ve Ne 60 olarak %100 pamuk ve %100 viskon ring iplikler doğrudan işletme içi üretimden alınarak temin edilmiş ve söz konusu ipliklere Savio Polar IDLS bobin makinesinde havalı splays, ıslak splays ve twin (mekanik) splays mekanizmaları ile splays işlemi uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonuçları genel olarak kopma mukavemeti ve uzaması açısından %100 pamuk iplikler için en olumlu splays metodunun twin splays, en olumsuz splays metodunun havalı splays olduğunu, ıslak splays metodunun ise havalı splays metoduna yakın ama daha iyi olduğunu; %100 viskon ipliklerde ise pamuk ipliklerin aksine en olumlu splays metodunun havalı splays en olumsuz splays metodunun ise twin splays olduğunu, ıslak splays metodunun havalı splays metoduna daha yakın olup ince ipliklerde daha iyi sonuçlar verdiğini ortaya koymuştur.
