Bio
The artist, who was born in Istanbul, graduated from Yıldız Technical University Restoration Department in 1994 and participated in survey and restoration works in many historical places such as Hagia Sophia, Yıldız Şale, Hagia Irene, Fatih Mosque Complexes, Sheikh Zafir Tomb.... She completed her undergraduate education at Marmara University between 1997-2001 with a degree, and completed his master's degree between 2001-2003 and his doctorate education between 2004-2010 at Marmara University Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Painting Teaching.
Since 2013, she has been involved in the Ministry of National Education Visual Arts, Elective Visual Arts and Technology Design courses curriculum update studies, and in 2018-2019, she took part in TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Curriculum Development Project for Special Talented Students. In 2018, she was selected as the teacher of the year by the Visual Arts Educators Association. She participated in many exhibitions at home and abroad, presented papers at seminars and symposiums, published articles, and wrote chapters in five books. The artist, who is still working as a staff member of the Ministry of National Education, also teaches part-time Drawing at Medeniyet University Visual Communication Design Department and continues to work in her own workshop
