Lavandin (Lavandula x intermedia Emeric ex Loisel.)’de morfogenetik varyebilitenin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Lavanta uçucu yağı üretiminde kaliteyi etkileyen en önemli unsur, herbanın uçucu yağ oranı ve uçucu yağ bileşenlerinin dağılımıdır. Lavanta uçucu yağı, kullanılan herbanın içerdiği sap, çiçek ekseni, yaprak ve çiçek uçucu yağlarının bir karışımı olarak elde edilmektedir. Bu toprak üstü organların uçucu yağ oranı ve uçucu yağ bileşenleri dağılımının farklılık göstermesi muhtemeldir. Çalışma, lavandin de organlara göre uçucu yağ oranlarını ve uçucu yağ bileşenleri dağılımını belirlemek amacıyla, 2018 yılında, Tesedüf Blokları Deneme Deseninde, üç tekrarlamalı olarak, Şanlıurfa koşullarında, yürütülmüştür. Denemede, ana sap, çiçek ekseni, yaprak ve çiçek olarak organlarına ayrılan örneklerin, uçucu yağ oranları ve uçucu yağ bileşenleri dağılımı incelenmiştir. Uçucu yağ oranlarının ve uçucu yağ bileşenleri dağılımının organlara göre önemli düzeyde değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, ana sapta ve yaprakta 1,8-cineole, çiçek ekseninde camphor ve çiçekte linalool ana bileşen olarak saptanmıştır.

Determination of morphogenetic variability in Lavandin (Lavandula x intermedia Emeric ex Loisel.)

Abstract

The most important factor affecting the quality in the production of lavender essential oil is the essential oil content of the herb and the distribution of essential oil components. Lavender essential oil is obtained as a mixture of stem, flower axis, leaf and flower essential oils found in the plant used. The essential oil content and essential oil components distribution of these above-ground organs are likely to differ. The study was carried out to determine the essential oil ratios and the distribution of essential oil components by organs in lavandin, in the Random Blocks Trial Design with three replications, in 2018, under Şanlıurfa conditions. In the experiment, essential oil ratios and distribution of essential oil components of the samples separated into the main stem, flower axis, leaf and flower organs were investigated. It was been determined that the essential oil ratios and the distribution of essential oil components significantly varied according to the organs. In addition, the 1,8-cineole in the main stem and leaf, the camphor in the flower axis and the linalool in the flower were determined as the main components.
