He received B.Sc. degree in Computer Systems Education from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey, in 1993. M.Sc. and PhD degrees in Institute of Science & Technology from Gazi University, in 1998 and 2002, respectively. After Ph.D., he has been as visiting research scholar at the Michigan State University, USA, in 2004.
